Authentication & Restoration

Before any watch reaches the display case at Berjaya Times Square, it goes through the same disciplined check — case, dial, movement, and bracelet, examined against manufacturer specifications one component at a time.

We look for the details that are easiest to fake and hardest to notice: printing on the dial, the finish on a bezel, the weight and action of a bracelet clasp. Serial and reference numbers are cross-checked, and where papers exist, they're verified against the piece in hand.

When a watch needs work — a service, a replaced part, a bracelet stretch taken up — we use period-correct parts and in-house servicing rather than generic substitutes. The goal is a watch that performs and ages the way it was built to, not just one that looks right on day one.
